Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to express my interest in the role of junior freelance designer.

I am applying for this position, as it requires a proven working knowledge of design and media as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to create plan and deliver to a brief. I feel I have the ideal personal and professional attributes to succeed in this role and the financial times as a whole.

I have a passion for communication and design having studied a master's degree in mass communication, which focused on the key aspects of marketing as well as branding and effective communication through varies media platforms. As a precursor to this I studied a visual communication degree, which focused on creating engaging designs, which has enable me to showcase my talent with the ability to work in a vibrant, fast paced and demanding work environment.

I am an organized individual with the self-confidence to build and develop relationships. I am a self starter with a can do attitude, confident working in a team as well as on a solo project.

I have previous experience in designing and editing online and offline media content having worked at Enits, a fledgling company with large web content and promotional material. I was in charge of creating, editing and managing the changes that my ideas brought about from start to finish ensuring key requirements and targets were met, with monthly reports sent to management.
