Hi Sarah,

I would like to apply for the Junior Designer role.

Currently I am working for ID Medical as a Graphic Digital Design - Temp. I have developed materials essential for the growth of ID Medical Group. I have created brochures, flyers, posters, exhibition graphics, presentations, emails and web banners at ID Medical. There I worked purely within brand guidelines, keeping a consistency of detail across the material being produced.

I am a 2013 graduate from the University of Bedfordshire with a 2:1 in Graphic Design For Print And New Media. Since I have graduated, I have done various work placements.

Having the required skills and qualifications with an impressive ability to swiftly and accurately interpret client's needs and goals leads me to believe that I can successfully fill this position.

I have gained valuable experience in designing advertising and marketing material including brochures, logos, posters, advertisements, product packaging, websites and booklets.

I am proficient with industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign I also have working knowledge of preparing files and the offset printing process.

I am quick and efficient in terms of design work. As a creative designer, I pay great attention to detail as well as having a predominant skill to be able to multitask. I am always looking for new ways to progress and develop my ideas.

Additionally, I find that I have a unique ability to adapt and learn new software packages quickly and efficiently to a design standard. An example of this would be a time where I had to use Adobe After Effects, a program I had no experience with whatsoever, and I was able to create a kinetic typography animation for my final major project during my degree. I had to adapt and adjust to using the software within the timeframe of a couple of days.

I am creative, reliable and hard-working designer who can work well in a collaborative team environment or individually. My career goals are to continue to learn and grow as a graphic designer while utilizing my creative, knowledge, and education and people skills to benefit my employer.
