Hi, I'm Murat and I bring a wealth of experience in product design, project management, sales & UX design within the lighting industry. With over 8 years in these roles, I've developed a deep understanding of user experience and a strategic approach to product development.

At Applelec, I led cross-functional teams in agile environments, enhancing project efficiency and market appeal. I've managed the entire lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations and business goals.

Starting my career in product design & sales, I've excelled at building strong client relationships and delivering innovative solutions. Moving into project management & later UX design, I've specialised in translating user requirements into actionable insights through in-depth research and prototype development.

I'm particularly passionate about conducting usability tests to fine-tune product functionality and improve user satisfaction. My time at Isometrix Lighting Design provided me with the opportunity to develop & optimise design solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
