About me
I have been an apprentice in IT Support and Social Media. Through these apprenticeships, I was able to learn knowledge and skills in IT support, IT technical support, directing production, as well as managing an App for a government funded organisation.
My future goals is to find a job in media and marketing, because I am very creative, adaptable and practical. I feel that coming as an apprenticeship, I am able to not only bring theory based skills, but also practical skills which could enable me to work in different environments.
Skills
My good communication skills enable me to pursue a career which is customer focused in addition to helping me work as an effective member of any team. I have good secretarial skills which allow me to communication in person, through electronic communications and also over the phone. I also posses excellent dictating skills. I meet high customer service standards by supporting customer needs, as well as maintaining a good relationship with customers, as well as other members and colleagues in the organization.
