With a career spanning over two decades, he has worked in some of the world's biggest and most diverse markets.

Currently, Mukund Olety is the Chief Creative Officer for The Coca-Cola Company, Europe at WPP. As part of the core leadership team, he helms the creative for all of Coke brands across Europe and UK.
Ranked among the top 100 CCOs in the world, Mukund is excited by all things new - technology, culture, ideas and believes diversity breeds creativity.
Previously, he was the Chief Creative Officer of VML, India and Creative Leader of Studio X (Leading the Coca-Cola relationship for India and South West Asia). He led a team of over 150 creatives across 4 offices and was responsible for the overall creative direction and reputation of the agency. He was tasked to provide both creative leadership and strategic guidance to major clients while mentoring and nurturing talent across the agency. In this role, Mukund firmly put VML, India on the global map. He took the agency from zero Cannes Lions to a Grand Prix and multiple Lions, making it a business and creative winning machine. Under his leadership, VML India was placed on the Cannes Lions APAC Ranking, for the first time ever.
He has also worked at BBDO China where he led the creative teams on Mars Wrigley, Visa and Volkswagen. He has also had long stints with Leo Burnett in Malaysia and Ogilvy in India.

Never the one to lie low, Mukund has worked on a host of envy-inducing brands: The Coca-Cola Company (all brands across multiple markets), Dell, Colgate, Unilever, Mars Wrigley, IDFC First Bank, Volkswagen, Visa, Mercedes, McDonald's, Carlsberg, Samsung, Durex and Nike. His work on these brands has won him over a hundred awards globally, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix.
To give back to the industry, he has served on jury panels and partnered with various local and international organizations to mentor young creatives.
