MouseCode was built on a simple belief: great digital work starts with great people.
We are a female-led digital agency made up of strategists, designers, developers, creatives, innovators, and problem-solvers. A team of nine (plus our beloved office dog, Skye), our size allows us to be agile, collaborative, and personally invested in every project we take on.

We care deeply about our clients, our projects, and each other. This is reflected in the way we work: building strong relationships, taking ownership of our work, setting realistic timelines, and always striving to deliver the best possible outcome.

Our Work

Of course, we design and build websites - and we love doing it. But our role goes far beyond launch. We help businesses bring their brands to life online and create digital platforms that are designed to evolve alongside them.

From user-centred website design in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to responsive development in WordPress and Shopify, every website is built with both the brand and the user in mind.

Our expertise also extends into SEO and GEO strategies, traditional keyword research and AI search optimisation, competitor analysis, technical best practice, and data-led insights to improve and maintain online visibility.

We continually review and optimise digital performance through UX audits, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), analytics, A/B testing, heat mapping, and behavioural analysis.

For many of our clients, we become an extension of their team through ongoing website retainers, offering dedicated account management, strategic direction, content creation, development support, integrations, hosting, maintenance, security, updates, and day-to-day website management.

Our team comes from all walks of life, and we believe that is one of our greatest strengths.
Led by Founder & Creative Director Clarissa and Client & Strategy Director Lucy, our team brings together expertise across design, development, project management, client services, AI, automation, operations, and digital strategy.

Our journeys into digital have not always followed a traditional path. With backgrounds spanning au pair work, art sales, hospitality, technology, and creative industries, we bring different perspectives and approaches to every project.

We do not believe talent is defined solely by a CV. We value dedication, kindness, and a willingness to learn. Through mentorship, collaboration, and a culture of growth, individuals have developed into highly skilled digital professionals who take genuine pride in their work.
