Morgan joined Sweetshop in 2011, helping launch the London office and establish it as one of the UK's leading production companies. He has rock solid relationships with leading agencies, matching talent to their creative needs and helping bring multiple award winning projects to life.
Morgan has brought a number of renowned world-class directors as well as emerging new talent to the global roster. He continues to support the next generation of talent in the industry, working with emerging creatives and directors at Rare with Google and D&AD, mentoring new industry entrants, and driving Sweetshop's global Diversity & Inclusion processes.
