About us

Justin Billinger has been involved in the music business and production since high school. After graduating from The Royal Conservatory in The Hague, he was offered a grant to write for The Holland Festival to a choreography by Itzik Galili. However, ambitious and inspired by the high-end advertising campaigns of Martini and German Automotive ads, he quickly returned to the mainstream music industry searching for ways to combine his love for music with his love for visuals and drama.
In 1995 he founded Billinger & Marsman, a partnership with fellow conservatoire student Michiel Marsman. The duo went on to write highly acclaimed international work for Adidas, Nescafe, BBC, Heineken, Nike, Grolsch and many more. In 2006 the company moved on to become Sizzer, after joining forces with Sander van Maarschalkerweerd. In that first year alone, the campaigns the company worked on won several international awards (Gold Lion for Olympus, Silver Clio for Canon, Best Jingle award and many more).
