About me
I am a PMP-certified Project & Program Manager with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across compliance, technology, and risk management. In my current role as BSA/AML Project Manager at Sutton Bank, I manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and execution to vendor engagement and executive reporting — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
At both Sutton Bank and DTCC, I successfully led large-scale transitions from third-party case management systems to new platforms - one being in-house. These efforts required detailed roadmap planning, cross-department collaboration, and change management to ensure seamless adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency.
While my foundation is in compliance and financial services, my core strengths — project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team leadership — are universally applicable. I am now eager to apply these capabilities to industries that inspire me personally, including real estate, fashion, events, the arts, and other creative industries.
