My leadership skills, determination and hard work, helped me develop great passion for communicating with others as will mastering the ability to think quickly in any situation through addressing the needs and concerns of a very diverse team. In my administrative assistant position, I was able to use my communication skills to gain experience with customer-related issues. It helped me to further develop my interpersonal skills as well as my leadership skills. The combined lessons learned from the classroom and business world has allowed me to become a well-rounded individual who is willing to adapt, learn and grow with any organization. Additionally my outgoing personality and keen cultural awareness permits me to be able to work well within groups and diverse population.

My job at Bauble Bar, allowed me to work with successful partnerships and wholesale business with brands and companies, including Nordstrom, Anthropologie, and Piperlime. I train groups of up to 200 staff members on quality control, packing, and shipping procedures. I oversaw our fulfillment staff in order to meet tight deadlines on multiple and simultaneous projects. I also shipped all products to their distribution stores and organized and filed significant documents by calculating sales figures that were later entered into fiscal spreadsheets by the bookkeeper. I helped the production team to create packages for factories overseas and I ran errands between the suppliers and the design team with necessary patterns and other accessories necessary for the production of future samples. I prepared look books and line sheets for sale and merchandising. It required me to think fast on my feet, to think outside of the box, and to adapt to any situation that called for my assistance.
