Dynamism, challenge, a constantly changing market, teamwork, organizational and managerial skills, the necessity to conciliate commercial and aesthetic needs, endless experience and a constant drive to improve, are the main goals of this profession that for 15 years still excites me. Visual to me is more a vocation than a job.
