I am writing to express my keen interest in the position of Studio Manager. I have more than 10 years of extensive experience in Studio Management including Photo and Video production , directing, lighting and planning, thus I would like to be considered for the above position

Since June 2000, I run a successful full-fledged studio, Vividshots, as a business owner and started the business from scratch. Today, Vividshots is an established photography and videography studio providing professional services for Wedding, Fashion and Commercial work both locally and overseas. 80% of our assignments are awarded to Vividshots directly from clients to provide conceptualization and branding, project management, budgeting, resourcing and ultimately, the actual production to ensure the theme, message and objectives are achieved.

Each delivery requires an unrelenting pursuit for near perfection of every single detail whilst managing limited resources and the team under tight project timelines. All these hardwork resulting in the award of '100 Most Inspiring Women' awarded by CozyCot, a leading online portal for women, on the International Women's Day 2011 Award.

All these years of experiences had taught to be excelled through being result oriented, hands-on with progressive management experience. The diverse and multi-cultural nature of my business also molded my capabilities in understanding the demands of different cultures, races and religions especially in Asia which I strongly believe will be a significant complement to your team.

My flexibility and strong interpersonal skills allow me to adapt easily with people from all cultures and levels.
