About us

With over 20 years of agency creative and production experience, MOFA’s founders Nick Kelly and Llew Griffiths have a longstanding love of ideas. Prior to directing, Nick was an internationally awarded creative with experience at BBDO, Saatchi, Droga 5 New York, JWT, RGA and Johannes Leonardo to name just a few agencies. Llew’s producing career has included tenures in Australia and the UK, on both agency side (notably, Saatchi & Saatchi) and production side, at GoodOil and Sweetshop. Llew has run large scale local and global productions, EP’d a global roster of Directors and sat on multiple film and film craft award juries.

MOFA has a core group of rostered Directors but also draws upon an extensive network of Writers, Designers, Photographers and non-rostered Filmmakers in order to service the specific needs of a project.

We like to get in early and workshop ideas with execution in mind from the outset.
