About me

I'm Mikhail, 30 y.o., work as a travel journalist, fixer and local producer in Russia.

I have experience working with news reporters and documentary filmmakers. So, I can arrange everything you may need for a short video story or do a research and make preparations for a full length documentary.

I partly live in Moscow and Samara (1000 km. from Moscow) but can work anywhere in Russia and Former Soviet Union Countries.

I can pick up a professional English-speaking crew or members for your story: cameraman, translator, fixer, gaffer, sound engineer.

My experience of travelling in 53 countries helps me to be patient, diplomatic and react properly in stressful situations. Also, travelling and living in Russia and being deeply involved in cultural life helps to notice and know something that people living abroad may not know. My hobbies are cycling and skateboarding, hiking and being close to the water. I've fallen in love with architecture. Prefer huge cities rather than natural landscapes. Always in search of interesting human stories, local vibes and authentic atmosphere.
