I am very excited about the open Junior cameraman and video editor position as advertised recently on your website and wish to apply for the same with enclosed resume.
Possessing hands-on experience in handling camera, tools and technical video editing equipment.
These roles, combined with my Degree and MA in documentary filmmaking have provided me a range of broadcasting skills and I believe that my background, qualifications, and work experience appear to be well-suited to your company's specific requirements.
Following are some of the strengths I bring:
- Over 10 years experience shooting, directing and editing short films and documentaries.
- Demonstrated ability to edit and transfer videos for submission timely
- Functional knowledge of lighting requirements and hue balancing for indoor and outdoor shootings
- Proficient in Final Cut pro and Adobe premiere editing system
- Skilled in assembling and setting up equipment before shooting
- Strong working knowledge of HD video camera , general office duties.
Actually I am in the Producer and Director (pre production of a 30 minutes short film )
