Hi, my name is Mike, I am an advertising and fine art photographer mostly working on abstract and portraits.
When creating fine art photography, I have two main approaches that are story telling and abstract. All portraits I shoot tell a story, often based on folk and fairy tales. Whereas, my abstract shots play with the viewers' imagination, in order for every viewer to have a different experience and interpretation of my work.
When shooting for advertising, my keen understanding of consumer behavior allows me to reach for the « wahoo » effect so viewers' will remember the picture, its message and the brand.
Although I am based near Paris, France, I travel for projects around the globe.
