About me

I am the Head of Product for Nous Global Markets, an ambitious Fintech/Gaming start-up. Our free to play app, SparkProfit, allows users to play the markets (FX, commodities, and Bitcoin) risk free and pays cash prizes to players who generate long-term returns. Since we launched last year, we have signed up over 390,000 players in over 200 countries, on a CPA of just under $0.60. It's been a fantastic experience to work with such a great team and very satisfying to develop a gaming platform from initial concept to full production.

Prior to joining the fintech world, I was the Lead Decision Architect with Pega implementing O2's real time predictive analytics software, which was central to the intelligent monetisation of client contacts across the call centre, internet, IVR and their retail network. The project boosted revenues, significantly reduced call handling times for over 3000 call agents, and raised customer engagement across the business.
