About me
Half-American, half-Taiwanese, born and bred in Hong Kong with a British and US education; Michelle is an international curiosity.
Having aspired to be an Art Director since age 16, Michelle earned a B.S. in Advertising and Communications from the University of Miami. Michelle's ultimate goal is to combine her passions for culture, cuisine and creative advertising. Since 2014, she has been a team player at Havas Worldwide Chicago where she currently sits as a Senior Art Director on the Citibank Cards and Retail account. Michelle launched her career in advertising as a Production Artist at Firestar Communications from , giving her a solid foundation in print production and process, where she cut her teeth on high-end real estate accounts such as Trump Towers and Ritz-Carlton Residences. Later, she became a designer at Williams Lea for AT&T and Walmart brands from . As an Art Director at TRISECT from , Michelle worked on a wide variety of national brands such as Kawasaki, ConAgra Foods and Newell Rubbermaid in both print and retail marketing.
At play, Michelle is an avid traveler and divides her time between Chicago, Hong Kong and the world. She is also a singer/songwriter and a lover of the great outdoors. Her unique background has given her an adventurous streak and she confidently claims she'll try anything once.
