Michelle Eskin, Managing Partner:

Michelle Eskin co-owner and Managing Partner, oversees management of the company's Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mid-West and Austin offices. She works closely with all executive leadership, to deliver exceptional client service and award-winning artistry to agency and brand clients. Michelle is very involved in creative development and talent management within the company. Additionally, she oversees, employee relations, financial accounting and infrastructure for the company.

With 34 editors who edit around the globe and offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin and London (via The Quarry), Cut+Run is known industry-wide as one of the leaders in creative editing from branded films to broadcast spots, social campaigns, documentaries and feature films. Having won multiple awards throughout the years, Shots, One Show, AICP Awards, Cannes Lions, Clios have recognized Cut+Run's contribution to the advertising industry.

Over the last 12 + years, Michelle has been a passionate and instrumental force in the company including the development and expansion of the Santa Monica office, the launch of the Austin and San Francisco offices, and the formation of sister company Jogger, a multi-location visual effects boutique. Talent mentorship, cultivating company culture, and formulating the long term goals of the company, are also essential elements to her role.

Prior to joining Cut+Run, Michelle enjoyed a successful 16-year tenure as both Executive Producer and Senior Producer at leading advertising agency TBWA|Chiat|Day in which she worked on many large scale brands and was honored with multiple awards during her tenure including two Cannes Lions. The perspective gained at the agency provided a foundation for building a company that is a true partner in servicing the clients, and crafting compelling and high-impact media.

Michelle is an advisory member of Free The Bid and a member of the Television Academy and AICP.
