About me
I have spent the last 10 years working for global media companies such as MTV and Vice and also for Abril Publishing and Globosat, Brazil's biggest media conglomerate.
I started at MTV Brazil in 2006, where I had the chance to develop a broad understanding of all aspects of Television Production, from brainstorming to post. I embraced all opportunities and moved up quickly ultimately getting to shoot, edit and direct a variety of scripted and unscripted shows. In 2014 I joined Vice Brazil as a Creative, Producer and Videomaker in branded content, advertising, interviews and short and feature documentaries. I have remained a freelance collaborator with the company since then as a Video Editor. This experience working with Brazil's major players in the market opened the doors for a new opportunity working with fashion films and journalism at Globosat. Today I act as freelancer, splitting my time between commissioned and passion projects.
I'm passionate about all forms of storytelling and its expanding possibilities in a mobile-first world. Video art fuels my creativity, as I translate the abstract, the hidden, or even the weird, to pop culture.
I have recently relocated to London and am excited about all the opportunities this city has to offer.
