With this cover letter I'd like to briefly introduce myself and describe my main characteristics and goals.

I'm a passionate creative person with a strong commitment to innovation and effective communication.

My engineering background combined with an extensive professional experience in which I held positions ranging from Sales and Marketing - with a special attention to the Creative and Art Direciton - provided me with a broad view of organizational processes and business in general, and the capacity to properly manage difficult and challenging projects.

On July '11 I completed a part-time MBA at the Tippie Business School, University of Iowa. It has been a unique experience with which I added and updated theoretical knowledge to my past experience and new leadership and problem solving skills.

I am familiar with innovation process from different angles and I am used to considering innovation as the key of success. In my career I have been responsible for many Corporate and Product campaigns, new Product launches, Corporate and Brand management and I have been collaborative leader and mentor of groups of heterogeneous resources.

I cultivated my Communications, Visual arts, Strategic Marketing and Product Management passion, increasing my skills internationally and applying a "hands-on" approach.

Over the past ten years I had a successful entrepreneur experience in the Digital Communication sector, before turning to a wide spread consulting activity for sustainability projects such as electric car transportation and water saving projects.

Recently I gained the desire and ambition to be a part of the senior management team in a international and dynamic company, mainly aiming to areas of business where my Creative nature can be a valuable asset. I have over ten years experience in supervisory capacities, which have helped me to develop excellent organizational and communication skills as well as strong work ethic and integrity. If you are looking for a person who is used to thinking "out of the box" and is oriented towards future trends and Innovation, I think I might be the right person.
