About me
I'm Michela. I'm a print producer and artworker.
For the past 10 years I have been working as a Print Producer in the main Italian advertising agencies.
I started working for Saatchi&Saatchi within the Cinema division for which I followed the development of ATL and BTL projects,
taking care of staging, posters, brochures and branding for clients such as Medusa Film, Sony Pictures, Mikado, Istituto Luce,
Warner Bros, Festa del Cinema di Roma. Following a 2 year experience at Brand Portal, I began working for the press
department of Publicis working for the main clients of the agency. In 2012 I become an Assistant to the Production Manager
within the Design division of Leo Burnett Rome. During this experience I gained not only technical competences, but also
organization, management and problem solving skills. The main client I managed was Philip Morris for which I followed branding
projects, packaging and point of sale set-up. Thanks to the experience gained within the print department of the various agencies
of the Publicis Group and by working with many different clients, my responsibilities increased and I had the luck to work
with different agencies at the same time. Currently, I am working for Prodigious Milano for which I manage print production
for Saatchi&Saatchi and Leo Burnett. The main clients I am working with and for are Whirlpool, Ceres and Zaini.
These clients have been giving me the possibility to follow integrated projects: point of sales set-up, branding and coordinated
brand image studies, trial of new formats and materials. I have gained my professional experience by working with and for
diversified clients that have very different needs, but at the same time having worked and grown professionally within creative
agencies, I have come to understand that the role of the producer is to support and facilitate creativity thanks to a continuous
search of innovative and non-conventional solutions. I strongly believe that the execution of an idea has a very important role
in the development of a project and for the latter reason working closely related to creatives and designers is the ideal condition
for a producer to comprehend the heart of the project and realize it accordingly in the best way possible, offering impeccable
solution that enhance a creative idea in order to express is in the best way possible.
