About me
Michal Král (*1996), a native of Moravský Krumlov, has deep roots in Brno's art scene. He moved to Brno for his studies, during which he used his camera as a tool to integrate into the local community. Photography became his way of meeting new people and capturing fleeting moments. Many of his photos were taken during spontaneous encounters on the city's streets, which became his studio. Some of his works were created during his early exploration of the camera's ability to convey emotions and preserve memories.
An inseparable theme of Michal's work is the beauty of young men, most of whom are his close friends and regular models, making them characteristic of his photography. Through his personal projects, Michal celebrates the power and authenticity of youth.
He has exhibited his work at four exhibitions: Moravskokrumlovští výtvarníci (2019), Michal Král & Adam Leikep - Photography/Graphics (2019), Moravskokrumlovští výtvarníci
