About me

A Professional designer with over 9 years' experience in designing consumer products from ideation through to production, with an outstanding understanding of materials and manufacturing processes in addition to strong sketching, CAD modelling and rendering skills.

My passion lies predominantly within innovation, new challenges and working within a team-driven environment. I consider myself a natural leader and have extensive experience in managing small project teams, supporting and encouraging those involved whilst effectively leading us to a successful outcome. I am confident at working closely, positively and proactively with all clients from initial brief through to product completion.

Having always enjoyed practical engineering. I enrolled myself into the Kent Institute of Art and Design to focus on identifying a method of transforming my hobby into a career. This led me to completing a degree in Product Design at the University of Hertfordshire. achieving first-class honours. Winning the end of year design competition granted me a placement at Simon Harrison Ltd design consultancy which kick started my career as a professional designer.
