With over 15 years' in business, I am a results-focussed and commercially aware Studio, Production and Artwork Manager specialising in systems analysis and efficiency process improvements, standardising practices and delivering small niche companies and international organisations profitable results and cost savings under pressure.

Highly organised and leading by example, I enjoy the buzz of a busy studio working at capacity, building the backbone of productive operations including automated workflow systems and directing the work of multiple parties. My skills are relied on by senior management for strong process and project management, meeting deadlines, budgets and technical specifications whilst building key client and stakeholder relationships and coaching and empowering colleagues to work together as a cohesive and highly productive team.

A dedicated and passionate hands-on professional combining methodical planning with logical problem solution and a track record of delivering sustainable growth and value at strategic level. I am now seeking a new and challenging role where exceptional ability, a no nonsense approach, honesty and determination will add value from day one
