About me

Michael spent over 10 years working in senior creative leadership positions for some of the world's most respected British brands within the fashion, travel and retail industries - including i-D Magazine, Vice, Liberty London, Ted Baker and Virgin Atlantic.

"I've struggled with my own mental and physical health throughout my entire career, and worked through periods of complete exhaustion doing something I love. I wanted to share my story and do what I can to help other ambitious careerists and creative talents avoid the same mistakes I made in relation to safe-guarding and harnessing what's truly important. I decided to set up a well-being platform, specifically promoting the importance of self-care and building resilience within the creative and queer communities."
