About me

Currently, my role is Head Designer for 59Fifty Europe. Through hard work and dedication I have been able to take this function to brand new heights within fashion industry. My ability to successfully manage a team of junior and middle weight designers has been a great opportunity to work as the team leader to build and discover new concepts and develop New Era Capâ€(TM)s flagship 59Fifty, our most profitable product available. One of my responsibilities is market research, key to quality preservation. The vitality to exceed customer needs means that I have gained extensive knowledge in maintaining valuable information and constantly updating our trends and forecasting future collections. My inspiring team are my main motivation at work. I often work as a part of the marketing and product development department as I believe the best ideas are created when they are bouncing around the room!My role at New Era Cap has enabled me to travel the world and learn about how the fashion industry works in other countries and at the same time help me to grow on a personal level. Communication is critical and through hosting presentations and conferences I am able to effectively represent my company and brand and demonstrate my predictions, designs and investigations in a confident manner. This makes it easy for me to maintain loyal relationships with important clients. I have a large understanding of how fundamental this is for any organisation. As a reliable team member, our clients have always felt comfortable in putting their trust in me to meet their requirements and enhance their business.My artistic background and instinctive creative nature makes it easy for me to enjoy what I do. I have had advanced education in all Adobe software and I believe skills such as these are essential in an industry that develops at such a rapid pace. This advantage means that I can easily use my talent to produce cutting-edge artwork and communicate other ideas to team members and clients.More than ever, I am very keen to increase my knowledge further and grow within the design world. The amazing thing about learning is that it will go on forever.
