About me
Mia has worked for many highly established businesses across the advertising, media and fashion landscape. A creative, strategic hybrid, Mia lends her skills to help develop and nurture teams to create award winning work.
Within her role as New Business Director for EU/UK at Ridley Scott Creative Group, Mia successfully launched a creative portfolio review, the initiative was set up to help give young and underrepresented creatives professional guidance, out of the 200+ applicants, 34 creators on the cusp of breaking into the industry were selected to be mentored, the campaign also helped source new directing talent to join the global roster.
Prior to RSCG, Mia was Head of New Business for PRETTYBIRD, a position she held for 4 years, helping define a strong and diverse roster of talent working with brands such as Nike, Vogue, Amazon, On Running, H&M, The Glenlivet and the first ever branded entertainment series to hit the UK TV with Channel 4, Balmain and Sunshine.
Mia is a strong advocate for change and continues to champion marginalised and underrepresented voices.
