As the fashion & beauty director of MissMalini Entertainment Ltd. (India's #1 digital platform with a daily reach of 6 million visitors across 200 countries and an aggregate of 10 million social media followers), I increased fashion and beauty branded content revenue to over 50% of total earnings while managing a team of 9+ employees—Editing up to 10 articles daily.

I headed various special projects including our annual partnerships with Amazon India Fashion Week, Lakmé Fashion Week and India Couture Week as their official and only social media partner—The only editor to personally cover every single show during all 5 Indian fashion weeks. Other projects included leading the entire company of 75+ employees on our #ItEndsWithMe campaign—Planning, implementing and overseeing strategy throughout multiple departments.

My experience with SEO and analytics allowed me to track/optimize traffic and referrals, whilst my knowledge of programs like CrowdTangle enabled me to instantly identify viral/breaking news topics to ensure my team was the first to cover around the clock. In addition, I oversaw production of all fashion/beauty videos (reaching 1.1 million views) while moderating our Facebook group (boasting a 90% interaction rate).
