About me
After returning from a year travelling around the world I'm looking to channel all my energy in to building an exciting and invigorating career. I am passionate about pursuing a career in the creative space of marketing and advertising, and really want to immerse myself in an environment that will help me grow and learn alongside this fast-moving industry. I have a keen eye for its constant change in thrilling and innovative ways, with brands really seeking to enhance the consumer experience and increase brand loyalty, using a variety of different channels. I am really keen to understand in depth how to work with these different channels and implement as marketing tools.
In my previous roles I have implemented excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, building strong, long-lasting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike; through this I achieved significant growth of business. For example, whilst at Summer Infant I built our business in the Middle-East market from £0 in 2013, to £250k a year in 2015. I utilized quantitative and qualitative stock and sales valuation techniques along with competitor auditing to enhance product performance. I have employed a creative flare, designing, creating, and presenting marketing materials, including editorials, advertisements, presentations, and redesigning company catalogues. In addition, I developed marketing activity to initiate customer engagement through social media platforms, increasing brand awareness. Strong organisational skills surround the body of my work and has aided in increasing productivity whilst juggling various heavy workloads, working towards tight deadlines in high-pace environments, delivering invariable project management.
The key skills gained from my background in sales, marketing, and project support roles, partnered with my passionate and creative personality makes me an exceptional candidate for the role. A self-starter with the drive and motivation to grow and learn in the industry; I am confident that I will become an asset to any organisation.
