About me

My background is as a creative, client services and marcomms manager within a blue-chip L&D environment. The work I have been involved in over the last nine years has included writing and research, design and brand implementation, high-value project management and employee engagement for some of Britain's biggest employers.

With a reputation for being creative, literate and resourceful, I have delivered web-based projects, established in-house creative functions where none existed, developed far-reaching communications networks and fostered great working relationships with clients, colleagues and internal customers alike.

My passions are branding and writing, both of which I have enjoyed being able to develop during my career. I am a confident communicator, equally comfortable dealing with people at any level, and have exemplary standards of written English.

I am used to being the motivator and mentor for a team as well as the place where the buck ultimately stops. I am incredibly organised and process-driven, but also able to think on my feet when the need arises so am fairly unflappable in a crisis. I thrive on finding truly creative solutions to challenges and always use my initiative to add value to whatever I do.
