About me

During my three years at Goldsmiths I have developed a love and passion for promotions and people. I have been as actively involved in events as possible, helping with charity evenings and university promotions, being the supervisor to performers and bands. I have also been the sole event manager for the launch party for the online magazine Contra, which included a high profiled Shoreditch venue, renowned burlesque performers and several DJ's. I was heavily involved in the on and offline promotion filling the venue to capacity.

I also feel strongly about welfare and volunteered to do a mass screening of Chlamydia in the university as well as campaigning throughout. During my work as a runner for Channel 4 I again worked with high profile personnel ensuring a smooth running of filming.

I am an energetic person who pays attention to detail and will always work the extra mile, I have a lively creativity which thrives in a busy demanding atmosphere and I always bring positivity to a stressful situation.

I have just completed a position working as the Centre Administrator for a large summer school, the job was highly challenging with hours up to 15 hours a day, 6 days a week. It involved multitasking, accounting, rooming, excellent communications, and being the first point of contact for the staff, students and group leaders. I also had to hold daily management meetings with the onsite staff to report damages, deal with complaints and develop company relations. This has given me an excellent opportunity to improve my communication and organisational skills and work as a key role in a high pressured small management team. I was in charge of the weekly budget alongside having a creative input in the events and activities.

I have excellent personable skills and experience working in an incredibly high pressured environment. I work best in this environment and am able to prioritise and provide excellent results. I am a fast learner with initiative and am always pushing myself to achieve best results the most efficiently. I have a gentile temperament which would not disappoint and prove perfect in stressful situations, I always take responsibility for my actions and will provide fantastic results.

As a recent graduate I am enthusiastic and my career options are not set. I am excited to start working professionally and promise I would be an excellent asset to any company.
