About me

In the last 3 years I have been exploring the process of designing a space that is exciting as well as practical, through research, model making and drawing. I would love the opportunity to learn all aspects of furniture and design. And I think I may have the work ethic and drive to strive.

I have recently graduated from UCA Canterbury (formally known as KIAD) with a 2:1 in Interior Design. Throughout my time at University I have developed a keen eye for style and composition.
I have been using illustrator, Photoshop, indesign, ArchiCAD, sketchup and blender for the last 2 years and have gained a good knowledge of the programmes. In my spare time I recently started using Vectorworks and AutoCAD to gain a better knowledge of how the programmes work. As well as having a good knowledge of microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.

While working on different projects at Uni I have developed skills in model making through many hours in the workshop. Also becoming familiar with a variety of materials, mainly sustainable options. And have had the privilege of experimenting with the material Corian from Du-Pont.

I recently curated and organised the exhibition space for my University at the Free Range exhibition London and have regularly had my work displayed in the Universities gallery.
I am a well motivated and enthusiastic person who would love the chance to gain more experience and knowledge of the design world.
