About us

We're an integrated creative agency offering brand, advertising, PR, design and digital. Try not to think in terms of channels, as that's not really the way we go about things. First & foremost, everything starts with an idea - a brand story. From there, we'll craft our engaging ideas into the most appropriate form - be that in advertising, online, mobile, or lovingly crafted design for print.

Our business was started by Don McGrath & Martin O'Toole, in late 2010 (that would be when everyone said "whatever you do, don't start a marketing agency in the heart of a recession").

In our fist year, we won 3 Roses Awards and in just 2 years, we've grown the firm to 10 staff and are growing from strength to strength. As we've done very little marketing of our own, a great deal of the new business we've won has been through clients recommending us to their peers. Naturally, this is something we're proud of.
