I consider myself German by head (efficiently logical) but Scottish by heart (passionately out of the box) with a recent hint of Indian Masala thrown into the mix - which reflects itself in my work. Functional and playful.
I am a young, adventurous and passionate Service Designer, inspired by people and driven to create change.
Research is key and basis of my work, to ensure its relevance and appropriateness. My strength is to understand the viewpoints, needs and motivations of all the stakeholders to then develop a concept that align with all their standpoints.
My interest lie in the field of User Centred and User Experience Deign, as the experience of the user when interacting with a design is key to its success and thus the success of the provider.
