About me
After seven years in design and construction, I believe I would bring several areas of competence to your company. I began my journey in the field by working as a builder on residential projects, with the dream of becoming one day an Architect. After my science baccalaureate, I applied to a building engineering bachelor degree in Paris, where I learned technical and managerial skills. This degree gave me the opportunity to work as a construction manager at the age of twenty, with a team of ten workers and being responsible of the construction of forty four apartments.
My passion for Architecture made me apply at Central Saint Martins which opened up new possibilities for me. I evolved in a multidisciplinary school where I was able to express myself through my projects. I also learned how to enhance my design capacities and my architectural knowledge focusing on large scale projects for different communities with a range of programs and responses to the surrounding context.
Moreover, my interest for design goes further than architecture focusing on fashion in the last years. In 2017, I started Bunker Office, my own design platform and I released two menswear collections. Besides, I won the IDA emerging fashion designer of the year in 2018 in Los Angeles.
I also took part in several architectural projects as a freelance designer. I worked on office spaces renovations in the UK and abroad, interior design for private clients, renovations of listed buildings, and recently on villas in the South of France.
Throughout these years, I shaped my vision pushing towards structured, layered and conscious designs, knowing the importance of sustainability, innovation and the idea of changing the urban landscape, helping communities and individuals to grow with design solutions.
I believe that my experiences in both the technical and artistic worlds, my involvement in the crafts and my entrepreneurial spirit made myself a versatile designer. I have been from bottom to top in the construction industry, from pouring concrete to managing a project in every aspect. I do also engage in collaborative initiatives and I would like to pursue my career in this environment, thinking and creating for a better future. I am ready to bring my vision and my energy to undertake ambitious projects in your company.
