About me
I am a graduate having studied Film and Broadcast production at London Metropolitan University's School Of Art. I have been involved in a number of film projects and worked in a variety of different roles over the years during my time at university and since, from pre to post production. This includes working; in editing, producing, sound, camera directing, and art department on projects such as: short films, animations, documentaries, adverts and more. Due to this I have come into contact and am familiar with a range of equipment both software (Adobe Suite) and hardware (camera, sound, lighting equipment).
I have worked as a Runner/Production Assistant on a few short films, using my initiative and doing whatever was asked of me. This included a number of tasks including; helping in setting/ packing up sets and equipment, assisting various departments and crew, managing and distributing paper work (including scripts and call sheets), performing administrative work (taking/making calls), escorting cast, distributing messages and items between cast and crew (such as foods, props, film equipment and scripts) plus much more.
I am currently working as a marketing assistant where I perform a number of research tasks as well as creating promotional material such as photos, videos and blog posts. Through my current role, previous customer facing roles and making films I have become a good communicator, proactive, hardworking, organised, eager to learn, able to think on my feet, work well under pressure and a great team player.
