About me

I am a creative/experience/interactive/event/multisensory/food designer.

Coming from a multi-cultural background (half British half French) has taught me to be open minded about different cultures and ways of thinking, so I feel that I would be able to bring a creative contribution to a company. I am also very organised and motivated, as well as passionate about creating unique experiences for guests. I feel that interactive and experience design are key to stimulating emotions and memories for guests. Multi-sensory design and immersive events are really in demand at the moment and I feel that this is the new way for brands and companies to promote their values and communicate to their consumers. In my opinion, if the 5 senses are triggered, then the guests' memory about the experience will be stronger.

Food and design has been a main interest for the past few years. After studying a degree in Sustainable Product Design it became clear that this crossover with food was going to be very central in my career. Completing my Masters in Food Design and Innovation has taught me about all the different areas within, from product and graphic design to spatial and service design, as well as communication and marketing, design history, food & wine culture and tourism. Some of our projects were done alongside high end designers such as Francesca Sarti from Arabeschi Di Latte and Stefano Giovanonni from Alessi. I also worked with Tour de Fork Studio in Milan whilst finishing my classes in September, working with clients such as Miele, the Triennale, Incipit and Domus Academy. At Studio H during my end of year internship for my Masters degree, we collaborated on a large scale Christmas activation with Moët & Chandon, as well as other projects with WWF, Huffington Post and Woolworths. Over the past few months at Velorution, I also organised a one-month pop up at lululemon Marylebone, during which we partnered with brands such as Tesla, teapigs, Comptoir Libanais, Taschen books and many more.

I feel that interactive and experience design are key to stimulating emotions and memories for guests. Food can be used as a medium to convey clear messages and make a stronger impact. I really like to combine food & science, experimenting with new innovative recipes and ways to create an exciting eating experience that is unique, exceptional and intriguing.

I have my own food design studio, creating multisensory experiences through food, called Salty Studio.
