I am an experienced British journalist based in Switzerland. I mainly work in online and print media, although I am also happy to consider broadcast opportunities. My specialist areas include Swiss news, current affairs and politics, as well as motoring stories - though I am equally comfortable covering most subjects. Fluent in German, I studied journalism at the Schule für Angewandte Linguistik in Zurich. I have over four years' experience in journalism, with more than two years spent in the role of Associate Editor for a national Swiss monthly news magazine.

Besides my availability for writing commissions, I am an accomplished sub-editor and proofreader. I also offer German to English translation and aggregation of news from the German-language press.
