Hello,

My name is Matthew Shaw and I originally applied for this position last year and got to the final eight but sadly it didn't go any further. I would like to take this opportunity to re-apply as I believe by portfoilio wasnt as strong as it could have been last time and is now up to date and I would like the chance to show you what work I have been doing for the last year.

I am a creative senior graphic designer and photographer with a real passion for the creative process and the challenges, and opportunities it brings.

I have ten years experience in design and advertising, excellent technical and leadership skills, with proven abilities in project management, communication, concept development, and creativity.

Ten years experience in creative direction and design within design studios, in-house departments, and freelance positions.
