To Whom It May Concern,

I am applying for the Business Development Manager role as I have extensive experience in the online sales sector. My last role involved taking care of the training and management of the telemarketing department and Sales team.

I have been in the Sales industry since 2003 and have a great track record. After leaving Australia to move permantly to the UK, I took on a role for a search engine marketing company in Norfolk East Anglia as a Business Development Director.

Reasons for my departure is down to the lack of businesses in the area and the length of time taken to travel to and from appointments reducing the amount of opportunities for appointments and sales.

I have closed sales in a very remote area here in Norfolk but feel as if opportunities have been waisted down to the location in where I am.

My role as Business Development Director is to grow the non-existent Sales and telemarketing division. I have produced more sales than what the company is use to but feel as if there is far more room to grow elsewhere in more of a busier area.

In Australia I have worked for several web development and search engine marketing companies and have built sales and telemarketing teams from the ground upwards to a very successful level. I was born in the UK and have lived in Perth Western Australia for several years.

I moved to the UK this year to Birmingham my home town where in a quick success was offered the role here in Norfolk which has proven to be the wrong area for Business Generation and for what i do hence the reasons for me leaving the company.
