Bouncing Back is a video series that I started in April 2020 to give those who lost their job to COVID19 a platform to sell themselves to new employers in the ad industry. Thankful to still have my job, i felt the need to give back. Instead of offering to write recommendations for people i have worked with, which I saw many people doing on LinkedIn, i wanted to help anyone that had lost their job by letting them sell themselves in an interview that allows them to talk about their strengths and career aspirations.

What started off as a simple idea has turned into a passion project where I have intervened over 110 people. My hope is that one day everyone gets back to work and that their is no need for Bouncing Back. But until then I’ll make sure to continue interviewing people and letting them sell themselves to potential recruiters. So far over 60+ people have been hired.
