About me
I am currently working as a Senior Client Services Manager for an accountancy and payroll company in the West End. I have been with my currently employers for almost two years and wish to bring the skills and experience I have developed and gained into the media industry, or a more creative environment.
I currently manager the account of approximately 100 clients. I also make existing clients aware of new services we have to offer and assist with the general managment of their account. I am also the assistant manager on a team of 6 account managers. I am extremely client focused, whilst always keeping the business aims and goals in mind. I am very approachable and have excellent communication skills. I am organised and work well under pressure.
