My name is Matt. I'm a sound designer, composer, and music producer who loves creating music and sound that carries real emotion. I come from a strong technical background, having worked professionally as a mixing and mastering engineer as well as a recording assistant. That experience shapes the way I work, allowing me to create music and sound that feels detailed, confident, and high quality, while still leaving room for bold and unexpected creative choices.

I really value collaboration and enjoy working closely with others to develop ideas. Alongside my creative work, I have experience as a teacher, which has helped me become clear and confident in communicating ideas and handling feedback. I'm comfortable giving and receiving creative input, and I enjoy shaping work so it better serves the vision of the project and the needs of the client.

I work across many areas of music production, but my main passion is sound design and composition for media. I love telling stories through audio, building atmosphere, and creating worlds through sound. For me, it's about drawing the listener in through subtle detail, texture, and emotion, and making audio that supports and elevates the story being told.
