About me
Upon graduation from Coventry University in 2002 I have been working in the fast paced design industry, working as an important part of small and large creative teams. By working creatively and also managing my time I have gained invaluable experience and achieved personal goals, working for a number of employers and for a broad range of clients. These placements have enabled me to develop not only specific industry experience, but also a valuable and transferable core skill set in this fast-paced sector.
Since 2008 I have been working in a design team who's blue chip client base is truly international and demands design solutions of the highest caliber, producing large format exclusive luxury books. The client base includes Formula One, Major League Baseball, Ferrari, Manchester United, Arsenal and The Michael Jackson Estate as well as a smaller portfolio of local clients. Within this team I have worked on varied projects from branding, marketing, literature and event design to working on the large scale book projects as part of a team of skilled designers.
During my career I have developed excellent time management and communication skills in order to meet tight deadlines whilst dealing with suppliers, clients and working as part of a team. I have produced design material from conceptual stage through to the creation of print ready artwork.
I see one of my major strengths as being adaptable; I am able work on several projects at one time from designing, to client facing meetings and liaising with suppliers this adaptability can also be seen in my design work where I am able handle any task given be it branding, print design or advertising.
My ambition is to further my design career within a creative team where I can further develop my skills and also pass on the skills that I have learnt to others.
