About me

As a designer I am committed and passionate about the work I
produce, confident and versatile as a team player or leader and driven
to encourage innovative thinking through creative problem solving. I am
conscientious methodical and meticulous, passionate about all aspects
of design. I am extremely ambitious and driven to achieve goals within
set time-scales and to high standards.

I have recently been involved with 8 of the new amusement rides in the
prestigious Grand Pier in Weston-Super-Mare, which opened in July 2010.
I was designated to manage the flagship ride at the pier- a complex
300m long electric kart track.

I designed, developed, modeled in 3D CAD, tested using FEA, carried out
structural analysis and created geometric toleranced drawings for the
entire structure, as well as overseeing production and project managing
the installation. This is a huge boost to my portfolio in design
engineering and am now searching for my next career challenge.
