About me
Having lived in Medway for most of my life, I have been working for a Company called Bell Systems in Dartford for just over 2 years, before which I had graduated from The University of Kent in 2006 where I studied Multimedia Technology and Design BSc.
As I grew up I developed a passion for web design brought on by the emergence of a more accessible internet. This combined with a work experience placement that introduced me to a local design agency, resulted in hours of experimenting with Dreamweaver (wrestling with table layouts, Yes I remember them!) Photoshop and eventually Flash.
My main skills are CSS and (X)HTML which allow me to build standards compliant websites, taking the brief given to me and creating a visual representation of what I feel the client is looking for.
Since I have been working at Bell most of the websites I Produce have been .NET based, which are designed firstly in Adobe Photoshop which I have been using for many years now and I am extremely comfortable in using. I use Microsoft Visual Studio as my environment for coding; I have been working with this since my time at Bell for mainly dynamic websites, reverting to Dreamweaver for static projects.
Aside from websites I have also produced Email Campaigns and more recently started using Adobe After Effects for Flash adverts on Bell's own Broadcasting Screens.
I have and continue to use most of the adobe software packages and feel comfortable especially with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash
