About me

I'm a full-time Remote CG Supervisor / Artist with 17 years experience in the post-production industry working on a wide range of projects including film, TV, commercials, music promos, websites, live visuals and corporate video.

I've been working remotely full-time since relocating to North Wales in 2017, long before Covid19 made WFH more commonplace within the industry.

Having attained a 1st class (Hons) degree in Animation & Illustration back in 2004, I now specialise in 3D. I'm a strong, highly organised Generalist with the necessary experience to confidently supervise a job from start to end, giving relevant input (creative and technical) at all stages of the process.

With a definite focus on Shading, Lighting, Rendering, Compositing, Layout and Animation, I use Maya and Nuke daily to a high standard of finishing, while using Substance Painter, 3DEQ, PTGui, PFTrack, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere as auxiliary tools.

Known for being a patient teacher, I thrive on mentoring trainees and imparting knowledge onto colleagues, no matter what their level of experience.
