About me
For the past 18 months I have worked for Virgin Media, which involves dealing with inbound calls. This job not only requires me to deal with customers account issues, but to also meet company targets.
Finally, since the start of 2007, I have started my own freelance Web & Graphic Design business (Spire Web Solutions). This requires meeting customer's needs and requirements for their business in order to design and create a website that suits the company's needs.
