Noisette reimagines the traditional Russian walnut-shaped cookies, blending the heritage of golden shortbread and dulce de leche with a collection of bold and unexpected flavors. Guided by the idea that every treat tells a story, the brand offers creations that range from the comforting caramel classic to playful combinations featuring popcorn, dried fruits, woody notes, or hints of spice. Each flavor naturally finds its home in a vibrant box, turning the packaging into a true palette of taste.

At the heart of the Noisette universe lives a little squirrel - a glowing guardian of an enchanted world. Nestled in the hollow of an old tree, she clutches her precious golden nut, a symbol of warmth, generosity, and artisanal spirit. Her story unfolds through the visual identity, where bark textures, oak leaves, and touches of gold evoke an ancient tale woven with poetry and nature.

The magic continues through the velvety packaging, some shaped like old books: each box opens a new chapter, revealing a unique flavor, a suspended moment, a delicious surprise.
